As a strategic breakthrough, Kehua’s BCS5000K-C-HUD/T4 delivers industry-leading 5MW power density in a standard 20ft container via its modular design integrating four BCS1250K-C-HUD converters. This 1500V all-in-one energy storage and power conversion system (PCS) combines compact engineering with effective scalability for utility-scale applications.
Equipped with grid-forming technology for equivalent inertia support (response time <20ms), black start capabilities, and VSG control, this solution is tailored for island microgrid and off-grid renewable energy scenarios. Prefabricated cabin architecture and intelligent parallel technology greatly reduce on-site installation time, while dual-mode string configuration (2/4 strings) ensures adaptability to diverse grid environments.
The BCS1250K-C-HUD energy storage converter (1.25MW) leverages advanced three-level topology, maintaining 1.1 times overload capacity even at 40°C ambient temperature. Its IP65 and C5 anti-corrosion certifications validate resilience in extreme conditions.
The flagship S³-EStore 100K-B215 system integrates liquid cooling and pack-level aerosol fire suppression within a 1.3㎡ footprint, achieving ±1.5°C temperature uniformity and sub-100ms grid-island switching. Its AI-driven energy management system employs dynamic load control and multi-period arbitrage algorithms to shorten ROI cycles, now globally deployed and recently honored with ENEX's Distinguished Energy Storage Award – a testament to its industry-leading innovation.
